Yes. YPS provides full-process OEM and ODM customization for spiral notebooks, binding wire, and related stationery products. This covers high-end brand OEM, corporate customization, and gift customization, so you can bring a finished product concept or just a rough requirement and have it developed and manufactured under one roof.
The Six-Stage Customization Process
1. Demand Communication. You share your customization requirements: specifications, materials, processes, logo, quantity, budget, and target market. YPS also provides market analysis and technical support at this stage to help refine the brief.
2. Proposal and Quotation. Based on your brief, YPS issues a customization plan, including sample renderings and a quotation. Design details, binding type, cover material, inner-page layout, and coil specification are confirmed with you before anything goes into production.
3. Sample Production and Confirmation. After the plan is confirmed, YPS produces a physical pre-production sample. Production is carried out only after sample confirmation, ensuring your risk is zero. The approved sample becomes the quality benchmark for the entire bulk run.
4. Bulk Production and Quality Inspection. Once the sample is signed off, bulk production begins, followed by in-house quality inspection covering binding strength, page alignment, cover print quality, and coil finishing.
5. Delivery and Payment. Goods are packed and shipped according to the agreed delivery terms, with the payment structure tied to production milestones (typically a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment).
6. After-Sales Service. YPS provides unconditional after-sales service to address any issues after delivery.
Production Cycle and Lead Times
Sampling: Custom pre-production samples are typically ready in 3–7 working days after artwork and specification confirmation.
Bulk Production: Standard production lead time is 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and finishing complexity.
Fast Delivery: For eligible product lines, YPS's own factory enables rapid delivery within 10–20 days.
Low MOQ: Small-batch customization is available from 50 pieces, making OEM/ODM accessible to startups and independent brands, not just large-volume buyers.
